Before it became The Flats, this East Sherman property welcomed travelers under names including the Roadway Inn, Bates Motel, and Lighthouse Motel.
After extensive remodeling, it reopened as The Flats in January 2024, bringing a new chapter to a longtime CDA lodging address.
Today, that story continues through studios with updated interiors, individual style, and the everyday convenience of a private bathroom and kitchenette.
