Property Description

Experience Coeur d'Alene from a location that makes it easy to leave the car behind and enjoy the city on foot. Flying Colors Cottage is a private three bedroom, two bathroom home in the heart of downtown Coeur d'Alene, just a short walk from many of the places that make CDA such a popular North Idaho destination.

Start your morning with coffee downtown, walk the trails at Tubbs Hill, spend time along Lake Coeur d'Alene, browse the shops on Sherman Avenue, explore McEuen Park, or head to the Coeur d'Alene Resort for dinner. At the end of the evening, simply walk back to your own private cottage.

Inside the Home

Flying Colors Cottage comfortably accommodates up to six guests and offers the space and privacy of an entire home. Large windows fill the living area with natural light, while comfortable furnishings create an inviting place to relax after a day exploring Coeur d'Alene. A Smart TV and surround sound make it easy to settle in for a movie or a quiet evening at home.

The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. Enjoy breakfast before heading downtown, prepare dinner together after a day exploring North Idaho, or take advantage of having a complete kitchen during a longer visit.

Sleeping Arrangements

The home has three separate bedrooms and sleeps up to six guests. The main level bedroom features a queen bed. Upstairs, the second bedroom also has a queen bed, while the third bedroom has two twin beds. This layout works especially well for families, couples traveling together, and groups who appreciate having separate sleeping spaces.

Two full bathrooms are located on separate levels. Having a bedroom and full bathroom on the main floor provides additional flexibility, while the second bathroom upstairs makes the layout convenient for families and groups.

Private Yard and Outdoor Space

Step outside and enjoy the newly landscaped private yard and patio. Start the morning with coffee outside, relax after exploring downtown, or enjoy a quiet North Idaho evening at home.

Having your own private outdoor space while staying this close to downtown gives Flying Colors Cottage a combination that can be difficult to find in central Coeur d'Alene.

Walk to Downtown Coeur d'Alene

Location is one of the biggest reasons guests choose Flying Colors Cottage. Lake Coeur d'Alene, the Coeur d'Alene Resort, Sherman Avenue, Tubbs Hill, McEuen Park, downtown restaurants, coffee shops, local breweries, shopping, beaches, and waterfront activities are all nearby.

The central location also makes Flying Colors Cottage a convenient place to stay for downtown festivals, weddings, sporting events, concerts, holiday celebrations, and other events throughout the year.

During the fall, cooler temperatures, changing leaves, scenic trails, downtown dining, and fewer summer crowds create a completely different Coeur d'Alene experience. In winter, downtown restaurants, shops, holiday events, and the Coeur d'Alene Resort remain close by. When warmer weather returns, the lake, beaches, trails, parks, and waterfront activities are right outside your door.

Rare Downtown Parking

Flying Colors Cottage offers parking for up to four vehicles, a major convenience in downtown Coeur d'Alene. There is one parking space in front of the home and three additional spaces behind the property.

Once you arrive, you may find that your vehicles stay parked for much of your trip. Many of downtown Coeur d'Alene's most popular attractions can be reached on foot, while having your vehicles at the property makes it easy to explore the rest of North Idaho whenever you are ready.

Stay for a Weekend or Stay Awhile

Flying Colors Cottage works just as well for a quick weekend getaway as it does for a longer visit. Three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a complete kitchen, fast WiFi, private outdoor space, and generous parking give you the conveniences you need to settle in and feel at home.

The property is a great choice for family vacations, couples traveling together, wedding guests, visiting friends and family, remote workers, relocation and house hunting trips, and travelers who want more time to experience Coeur d'Alene and the surrounding North Idaho area.

Weekly and extended stay savings may be available depending on your travel dates.
