Positive: It is located in a cute, well-kept neighborhood and easy drive to restaurants and stores. The house was professionally kept and comfortable. The kids loved all the game options.
Negative: The only potential downfall is that the highway is right behind the property, but it has a privacy fence, and you can't hear it when in the house.
