We enjoyed using this clean and up to date unit for two nights. We were able to easily walk to a brewery and a nice breakfast spot.

Okay but has some issues.

The property is clean and simplistic. This is probably an appropriate place for a one night stay, but if you are staying multiple days you might find it lacking in some basic essential pieces. There are not enough parking spots. The one by our room was taken by a diesel truck that ran its engine for hours at a time with exhaust spraying directly at our door only 3 feet away. Not once did we get a parking spot and had to park somewhere else. There was no table or shelf in the room to set anything on. Your items will be on the floor in the bag you brought them in. The kitchenette has no sink. Broken toilet seat that fell off each time used. Door dash will have trouble finding you because on Google Maps it’s listed as BATES MOTEL! For the price, these items should be worked on to make this properly user friendly. These issues were frustrating.

You get what you pay for I guess. Positive: Location was an easy walk to heart of CDA. Easy to get in and lock up after. Negative: Extra towels for the second person in the room (we booked for two people). Extra coffee pods for two people also would have been nice. There were just 4 and we were two people for 4 days. Finally, it is incredibly LOUD. Beware. One more the people next door must have had an early flight because we were awake with them at 3AM when they had to leave. We could hear their conversations outside by our door with perfect clarity. Awful. PLUS, it is incredibly bright throughout the night. The lights outside the doors cannot be turned off or dimmed and the shades are not blackout shades so it's almost as if it is daylight all night long. Just awful - we slept very poorly all 3 nights. Basically, this felt like some corporate company bought an old motel, fixed up all cute but eliminated all personnel (no check in, no cleaning staff, etc.) so they can make more money from not paying for labor. Sadly, missed the mark because of this. That and it just being too loud and too bright.

Enjoyed my Stay

I come to CdA often as a single traveller and when I do I'm always outdoors doing things (biking, fishing, golfing etc). I just need a simple place to stay that is clean and has A/C. This place is perfect for that. The only downside is it is a little bit of a walk to the livelier part of Sherman Ave. It's about 20-25min walk so not overly cumbersome. Other than that it is perfect if all you need is a clean room with comfortable bed and A/C for a reasonable price. I would stay here again
