Very pleasant place to stay close to everything CDA has to offer. Positive: Location was great

Great location

Great location close to the water front area for a reasonable cost. Comfortable beds.

Comfortable and spacious

This is a place with potential; it has been well refurbished in terms of paint and floors and kitchen, and there is lots of room, the bed is comfortable and there is an extra half bath next to the full bath off the master. The front yard is maintained. It is a quiet, safe neighborhood and 5-minute walk downtown, and has a separate covered outdoor patio, while weedy, it is comfortable. There is a keyboard and guitar and great audio. For the particular or those seeking ambiance, here are the problems. Our manager never replied to 3 texts on small problems, even after sending us a form text asking us to let them know if we needed anything :) It is run by a management company. I'm guessing by the locked cabinets and the mess in the open cabinets that someone lives there part-time. The decor is bachelor fishing without much charm and a minimal of decoration. A big dining room with a tiny table barely seats two. Not a bureau or even luggage racks in the bedroom and very few hangers. The cabinets are stuffed, and there is a whole lot of outdated food - like 2019, cleaning needed. The big work table is 1/2 covered with computer gear and no plugs for mine. Had to go get my own toilet paper. And what you can't see in the photos is that one side has a weedy lawn with junk stacked everywhere on one side, and the other is a lot of old car and trailers (I counted 14) with another unkept tin house next door. A fence would help. Still, it was convenient and worked for us.
