Positive: Great location. Coffee filters and soap provided, very nice. And plenty of towels.

Fine for a couple there to enjoy the bars or nightlife. Not great for families. Positive: Proximity to town, clean, coffee provided, kitchen cooking oils, etc. Negative: There is a bar next door that played loud house music until the wee hours of the morning, pounded through the bedroom walls. Bar-goers out in the alley hooting and hollering late at night. The fold-out sofa bed sloped downward, swallowed the pillows; very uncomfortable for anyone but kids who can sleep anywhere.
